Processing Time All products at LONESTAR AXIS SUPPLY CO. are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–10 business days after production
International: 10–20 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at sheyn@lonestaraxissupplyco.com, and we'll make it right.

Made to Order Because every item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
